Harita Techserv provides training and placement services for engineers with preference given to candidates with specialisation in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Production & Management. The training program also has assessment modules and you are required to meet the relevant criteria in order to be placed successfully.

All candidates under Prerana™, Saadhana and ARAI programs are provided with qualification certificates. We work with a wide clientele across Automotive, Construction & Industrial Machinery, Medical Equipments, Consumer Electronics, Aerospace and Energy sectors. After final selection by the client, the candidate gets into a contractual agreement with Harita Techserv. The candidate is given an offer letter by Harita Techserv which would indicate the role of the candidate and his/ her responsibilities. On accepting the offer letter will be subjected to the rules and regulations of Harita Techserv Ltd.

Harita offers customised, specialised and industry leading certified training programs for fresh or experienced graduate engineers as well as diploma engineers. After successfully completing the training programs, you will either be absorbed at Harita Techserv or be deployed on projects for our clients (subject to meeting client specific criteria). The certification also qualifies you for a career as a design engineer across diverse industries.

The venue of the training programs vary with each program. Harita has its full-fledged training facility at Bengaluru and Madurai, while the ARAI program is jointly held at ARAI facility in Pune and Bengaluru/Madurai.
