Harita Techserv in association with ARAI - the Automotive Research Association of India - has introduced an industry-first 90-day fastrack certified training program on Design Engineering.
The first of the program started in July 2011 and is slated to be a regular program offered to Engineering Graduates (in Mechanical / Automobile / Industrial Production & Management) with or without work experience.

The program provides intensive training with basic engineering, technology, CAD tools, Auto domain and softskills to facilitate employability. The trainers are industry experts with a combined expertise of over 100 years.

Venkatesh is a veteran trainer with over 30 years of experience including an 18-year stint as Principal at NTTF, and 12 years of service in Engineering Design, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Process and Precision Engineering industries across various capacities. He is specialized in design and delivery of industry oriented skill development programs and also works closely with the Government and industry bodies in structuring training projects. Venkatesh is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA Graduate. He is actively involved in social service & nurturing of employable youth in the technical field.
Venkatesh will lead the major initiative of capacity and capability building at Harita in line with customer requirements.
Kishore
Project Manager, Harita Techserv Ltd., Bengaluru
Kishore has over 13 years of experience in the field of design in the automotive and heavy engineering domain. He is a certified Project Management Professional and has worked onsite at Toyota's R&D facility in Japan designing interior and exterior components of an automobile. A Masters in Mechanical Engineering, his technical skillset includes CAD Tools - Catia V4, Proe and Cadds5.
Nataraj P
Manager - Training, TVS Training Academy, Madurai
A veteran trainer, Nataraj brings over 24 years of experience in the automobile domain - working with TVS, Hindustan Motors, ACT India, ABT Maruti, Bahwan Automotive Center and Enfield India in various capacities. He executes the collaborative Automobile Engineering program for final year students at Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Motor Industry and has undergone Advanced Technical & Electrical Training at Mitsubishi Japan.
